In 2021, Montana Advanced Composites (formerly Norplex Advanced Composites), acquired the NorPLY™ product line. NorPLY 1002 laminate is a cured glass/epoxy composite material constructed from unidirectional E-glass prepreg tape. This type of laminate construction minimizes filament stress that can shorten fatigue life in conventional reinforced plastics.
